2. We need a name for the main FCW location kinda like the impact zone for TNA?

3. Whats our start date?

4. I believe we should have a press conference before hand to introduce our new characters and to start off the company. Yay or nay? and When?

5. Tagline and Theme Song for FCW 1?

this really depends on what the name of the event is so once there is a name then there can be song suggestions otherwise people may waste their time trying to find a song for their event name idea and then turns out that their event name isnt picked.
